We’re just Boys that decided to bring their hobby to the market combining our passion for photography and fashion. What initially started as a quick buck has now turned into something much more meaningful: a vessel to express our passion. It opened possibilities to express our artistic interests which we would’ve never thought of before. We want to grow this little page in hopes that one day we’ll able to make our own clothing.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
PVClothing ships to Switzerland and all EU countries.

Where are your shipments dispatched from?
Our shipments originate from Bern, Switzerland. We're also open to meet-ups; just drop us a message on Instagram: @pvclothingg.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
To accommodate our swift order processing, kindly request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

What payment options do you support?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), and soon we'll be adding PayPal. If you prefer TWINT, simply DM us on Instagram: @pvclothingg.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Saturday. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing the order and shipped the following day. Please note, we do not ship on Sundays.

How long until I receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take between 3-7 days.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, you're eligible for a full refund.

How do I initiate a return?
Returns are accepted only for incorrect or misrepresented items, as they're vintage. If this applies to your order, please reach out to us at pvclothing.buisness@outlook.com or via Instagram @pvclothingg.

What if I receive faulty/wrong/damaged items?
Contact us immediately if you've received an incorrect, missing, or damaged item. Please provide photos of the item(s) and any relevant notes from your parcel. We'll strive to resolve the issue promptly.

When can I expect my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be processed by the card-issuing bank within 7-14 business days upon receiving the returned items or cancellation. Reach out to your bank or credit card company for updates on when the credit will reflect in your account. If you haven't received the refund yet, follow these steps: Contact your bank/credit card company. Refunds may take some time to reflect in your account.
